Enterprise Telesales Executive – GCC Region


Role Summary

Responsible for high-value telesales targeting decision-makers (Marketing Heads, Procurement Heads, CEOs, CMOs, Sales Heads) in pharma, device companies, and hospitals across the GCC region. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals valued between $8,000 and $30,000 per sale. Key functions include cold calling, conference pitching, pipeline management via Zoho CRM, and profile sourcing through LinkedIn, Lusha, and similar platforms.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, source, and connect with enterprise contacts using LinkedIn, Lusha, and other networking/data platforms.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling for lead generation and qualification targeting senior-level decision-makers in pharma/device/hospitals in GCC.
  • Deliver persuasive sales pitches via calls and virtual conferences, clearly articulating product value and competitive advantage.
  • Own the entire sales cycle — from building a prospects pipeline, nurturing leads, to closing deals and maintaining relationships.
  • Update and maintain Zoho CRM funnel, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, activities, forecasts, and deal status at all times.
  • Regular follow-ups and relationship building for upsells, cross-sells, and long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations for conferences, web meetings, and enterprise events.
  • Collaborate internally with marketing and product teams for campaign effectiveness and proposal customization.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Keep abreast of healthcare and device industry trends across GCC.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven telesales/inside sales experience in healthcare, device, or enterprise sectors, ideally with GCC exposure.
  • Strong track record in closing deals with high-value revenue responsibility (between $8,000-$30,000 per sale).
  • Advanced proficiency in sourcing leads using LinkedIn, Lusha, or similar platforms.
  • Outstanding cold calling, negotiation, and presentation skills for pitching to CXO-level executives.
  • Familiarity and comfort with virtual conferencing, product demos, and event-based pitching.
  • Hands-on experience updating sales funnel and managing data in Zoho CRM (or similar).
  • Self-driven, target-oriented attitude with ability to work independently and thrive in a remote or distributed setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Pharma, or related discipline).

Preferred Skills

  • Deep sector knowledge (pharma/device/hospitals) in GCC countries.
  • Experience using multiple sourcing and contact databases.
  • CRM and process discipline, with capacity for accurate documentation and forecasting.
  • Adaptability to multicultural environments and cross-border selling.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales quotas.
