BatteryPool is hiring a Program Manager to help us scale our pay-as-you-go models for battery ownership across India. This is a high-ownership, growth role at the intersection of operations, product, fintech (NBFCs & banks), and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive cross–functional programs end-to-end – from problem definition and scoping to execution, tracking, and iteration.Coordinate across teams – Operations, product, tech, finance, and sales – to make sure projects move on time and blockers get resolved quickly.Work closely with the tech team to translate business requirements into clear product/tech asks and ensure smooth roll-outs.Liaise with NBFCs, banks, and other lending partners – help design and operationalize programs where our batteries are financed by lenders and deployed via our network.Build and improve processes around our pay-as-you-go EMI models, swapping/charging operations, fleet operator onboarding, collections, and partner management.Track and report program performance (batteries under management, utilization, unit economics, collections, churn, etc.) and turn data into clear decisions.Support business development by working with the founders and sales team to identify, onboard, and scale partnerships with fleets, NBFCs/banks, OEMs, and franchise partners.Own internal communication for your programs – clear updates, risks, and next steps for founder, team leads, and external partners.Ideal Profile (What We’re Looking For)Background in one or more of: Fintech/ lending/NBFCs / banking/Logistics/mobility/fleet operations/Product/program management in tech-enabled businesses. Comfortable liaising with tech teams; You should be able to:Break down problems into clear product requirementsThink in terms of systems and workflowsPrioritize effectively and manage trade-offsExperience working with or around NBFCs, banks, or other lenders is a strong plus (collections, co-lending, embedded finance, etc.).Action-oriented and hands-on with deliverables. Highly organized – strong project management, comfort with tools (Sheets/Excel, project trackers, dashboards).Clarity of thought and communication – Simplify complex problems, write clearly, and get everyone on the same page.You’ve thrived in early-stage or fast-moving environments – Former founders, Chiefs of Staff, and Founder’s Office folks would be a great fit for this role.Role details Type: Full-timeWork days: 6 days a weekMode: Work From Office (WFO)Location: On-site in PuneJoin us at BatteryPool to work at the frontlines of EV energy infrastructure and fintech, building programs that directly support the livelihoods of gig workers.
