What This Role Requires

In this role, you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

Roles and Responsibilities:


• Lead the backend team in designing, developing, and deploying microservices using Python and Fast API


• Architect serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other AWS components


• Implement asynchronous communication using AWS SQS


• Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code with AWS CloudFormation


• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications


• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews


• Collaborate with DevOps and frontend teams to ensure seamless integration.

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:


• 5+ years of hands-on backend development with Python


• Strong expertise in FastAPI (or comparable web frameworks)


• Proven experience building serverless applications using AWS Lambda Driving Innovation, Empowering Insights


• Deep familiarity with AWS SQS, API Gateway, and CloudFormation


• Solid experience working with Github actions


• Solid understanding of software design principles, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines


• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, ECS) is a plus


• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
