The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliabilityManage the daily functions of the businessPrepare annual performance review and reevaluate processesEnsure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followedManage budget to align with the goals of the businessDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document the needQualifications3+ years of experience in a similar roleProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong ability to multitaskComfort working with multiple groups within the businessWorking knowledge of SchedulingVendor ManagementProven knowledge and experience in Risk Management, Time Management, Communication Management, and Stakeholder Management.Candidate must be capable of working in a cross-functional organization and good with coordinating and communicating with various internal functions and departments.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google sheets etc.
