As a Product Designer at upGrad, you will create impactful learning experiences for millions of students, working at the intersection of design, technology, and education.Role Overview:We’re looking for a mid-level Product Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging digital products. You will be responsible for translating complex problems into elegant design solutions that drive learner success and business growth.Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end design for features and products across web and mobile platforms, from discovery to delivery. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions. - Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that communicate your solutions effectively. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other Designers to build and ship high-quality experiences. - Advocate for user-centric design while balancing business objectives and technical constraints. - Maintain and contribute to upGrad’s design system and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability. - Use data and feedback to iterate and improve existing features and user journeys.Required Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of professional experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design. - A strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact on shipped digital products. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices across web and mobile platforms. - Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment. - Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present your ideas confidently.What We Offer: - Opportunity to shape the future of online education at scale. - A collaborative, growth-oriented culture that values innovation and continuous learning.
