Job Title: Salesforce Test Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce Projects. The candidate will play the role of ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce Platform by generating the needed Test Documentation and designing, implementing, and maintaining manual test cases. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities, a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues and the ability to work with both IT and Business.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design and execute test plans and test cases for functional, integration and regression tests over the Salesforce Platform.


• Collaborate closely with the development, Business, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design comprehensive test cases and ensure a robust test coverage.


• Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using appropriate defect tracking tools.


• Conduct manual testing when needed to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.


• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall product quality.


• Stay current with the latest industry trends and best practices in Salesforce and test automation.


• Provide regular status updates on testing activities, metrics, and quality KPIs to project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance


• Knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application development.


• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.


• Experience working with Tricentis Tosca will be highly valued.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• English proficiency level, written and spoken
