Hiring: Finance Controller (3–5 Years Experience) Location: Pune Industry: ManufacturingWe are looking for a Finance Controller with strong analytical and accounting expertise to manage end-to-end financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and coordinate effectively with key stakeholders.🔹 Key Responsibilities1. Financial ControllershipManage day-to-day finance operations including GL, AP, AR, and month-end closingEnsure timely and accurate financial statementsMaintain strong internal controls and statutory compliance2. Budgeting & ForecastingSupport annual budgets and rolling forecastsAnalyse financial trends, variances, and performance driversProvide actionable insights to management3. Accounting & ReportingReview journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedulesManage revenue recognition, costing (for manufacturing), expense allocation, and accrualsPrepare MIS and financial reports for management and stakeholders4. Cash Flow & TreasuryMonitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidityAssist in cash forecasting and treasury planning5. Audit & ComplianceSupport internal, statutory, tax, and external auditsEnsure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations6. Process ImprovementIdentify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvementsImplement best practices for efficiency and accuracy7. Banking & LiaisoningCoordinate with banks for payments, account operations, facilities, documentation, and compliance8. Stakeholder CoordinationLiaise with banks, statutory auditors, internal teams, consultants, and investorsEnsure smooth communication and timely information flow🔹 RequirementsCA preferred3–5 years of experience in controllership, finance, or accountingExperience in Manufacturing industries preferredStrong knowledge of financial reporting, costing, GST/TDS, and statutory complianceExcellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
