About the jobJoining Period: Immediate6 Months ContractExperience: 2-4 YearsRequired Skills: Experience in Computer vision -Experience in Python -Experience in TensorFlow or PyTorch – Knowledge of text detection & OCR, human / face detection, generative models, video analytics, model compression / optimization -Position Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Computer Vision Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in computer vision, data science, machine learning, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing computer vision algorithms and models to solve real-world problems. This role requires expertise in various programming languages, tools, and frameworks commonly used in machine learning and computer vision applications.Key Responsibilities:● Develop and implement computer vision algorithms and models for various use cases including but not limited to object detection, image classification, text detection & OCR, face detection, generative models, video analytics, and model compression/optimization.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design and deploy scalable computer vision solutions.● Research and experiment with cutting-edge techniques and technologies in computer vision to continuously improve the performance and accuracy of our models.● Optimize and fine-tune existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability.● Work with large-scale datasets and utilize distributed training/inference techniques for efficient model training and deployment.● Stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision, machine learning, and related fields, and apply them to solve business challenges.Minimum Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.● 2+ years of relevant experience as a Computer Vision Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or related role.● Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (required)● Hands-on experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.● Familiarity with tools and libraries commonly used in computer vision projects such as CUDA, OpenCL, OpenGL, and OpenCV.● Proven track record of delivering successful computer vision projects with expertise in object detection, image classification, text detection & OCR, face detection, generative models, video analytics, and model compression/optimization.● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:● Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.● Proficiency in PyTorch is preferable.● Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and techniques.● Publications or contributions to the computer vision or machine learning community.In case you would be excited, send us your updated CV with current salary details to rekha.cxc@careerxperts.com
