We are seeking a data-driven strategic leader to join a leading life insurance company as part of the Distribution Strategy & Transformation team. The role involves leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making, optimize distribution performance, and support transformative initiatives. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence key business outcomes.Responsibilities:Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for business performance improvementOwnership of data-driven strategy and transformation projects under the guidance of senior team membersIdentify solutions to problems using data, research, and analyticsCreate executive-ready presentations and dashboards for management consumptionSupport and manage strategy and transformation projects under senior guidanceConduct market and competitive research to guide strategic decisionsCollaborate with internal functions across S&D and other departmentsEngage with external vendors for data and analytics requirementsPre-requisites:Experience Required: 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in consulting, data analytics, or strategy domain)Qualification (Mandatory): MBA or CA Ability to develop dashboards and reporting tools for management and channel headsExpertise in primary and secondary research to identify market and competition trendsStrong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysisProficiency in MS PowerPoint for executive presentationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBasic project management skillsTeam player with curiosity and willingness to learnWhen you apply, you voluntarily consent to the disclosure, collection and use of your personal data for employment/recruitment and related purposes in accordance with the SCIENTE Group Privacy Policy, a copy of which is published at SCIENTE’s website (https://www.sciente.com/privacy-policy).
