Role OverviewWe are seeking an individual contributor to drive capital-raising initiatives (80% focus) and contribute to liquid crypto investment activities (20% focus). You will lead SPV-based fundraising and engage a broad investor universe—HNIs, family offices, crypto/web3 VCs, CSR/PSU foundations, institutional/grant channels, and online crowdfunding—while also assisting in spot-only crypto portfolio execution. This is a high-ownership, results-oriented role working directly with the Founder. Key Responsibilities Fundraising (80%) Design and execute multi-channel fundraising strategies targeting SPV syndicates, fractional assets, crypto/web3 VCs, HNIs, family offices, venture capital/private equity, corporate CSR, PSU foundations, institutional/grant funding, and online crowdfunding platforms.Lead the full fundraising lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, pitches, due diligence, negotiations, and closure.Develop and manage investor materials: pitch decks, memos, FAQs, and data rooms.Maintain CRM records, fundraising trackers, and provide regular pipeline/market updates.Represent the organization at investor meetings, forums, events, and roadshows.Build and sustain long-term investor relationships through milestone communications. Investments (20%) Support a spot-only crypto trading approach across major centralized and decentralized venues.Track portfolio metrics (P&L, liquidity, exposure) and implement basic risk controls (position sizing, stop-loss discipline).Use market intelligence and on-chain analytics tools for thesis notes and performance documentation. SPV Deal Characteristics Themes/assets: Real estate, startup equity, and revenue-share opportunities.Target close timeline: Up to 8 weeks from launch to funds received.Economic terms: Setup fee, performance fee, and annual fund maintenance fee (details to be finalized per deal).Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years’ experience in fundraising and/or investments.Exposure to real estate, web3/crypto, and UAE markets is a plus.Academic background in finance, business, economics, or quantitative disciplines; MBA/CA/CFA preferred but not mandatory.Strong investor storytelling, negotiation, relationship management, and financial modeling skills.Proficient in crypto trading fundamentals (spot), DeFi awareness is a plus.Demonstrated persistence, ownership, and ability to manage multiple concurrent investor engagements.
