Job Description:


• Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positiveclient experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contactfor all corporate service-related inquiries.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, providing detailed information on ourservices and demonstrating how they can meet the client's needs.
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with clients, working closely with thecorporate services team to ensure that the services provided meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketingcampaigns to promote our corporate services to potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and leverage this knowledge toposition our corporate services effectively in the market.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our customerrelationship management (CRM) system.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales activities and performance, highlightingsuccesses and areas for improvement
• Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties
