What Will You Drive?
As the Business Finance Lead at CARS24, you’ll take the wheel of our financial planning and analysis function, turning data into a strategic force that fuels growth. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead financial decision-making, support business leaders with actionable insights, and elevate our financial processes to meet the demands of a fast-scaling, high-growth environment.
Craft Financial Strategy
- Develop and implement forward-thinking financial strategies that align with CARS24’s ambitious growth goals.
- Create robust financial models and frameworks to assess business performance and forecast future scenarios.
Own the Numbers
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, delivering clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial planning and operational execution.
Be the Insight Engine
- Transform complex financial data into meaningful insights that influence business priorities.
- Provide real-time analysis and strategic advice on cost optimization, revenue growth, and ROI maximization.
Streamline Excellence
- Drive innovation in financial systems and processes, making them more efficient, scalable, and adaptable to CARS24’s evolving needs.
- Leverage technology and automation to enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
Lead & Inspire
- Build and lead a high-performing Business Finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Act as a mentor to team members, helping them grow into future leaders.
Partner with Leaders
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders to shape CARS24’s strategic direction.
- Serve as the go-to financial advisor, providing insights that drive key business decisions.
Safeguard Success
- Proactively identify and manage financial risks, ensuring CARS24 operates within a strong and compliant financial framework.
- Establish controls and governance processes to safeguard the company’s financial integrity.
Who’s the Perfect Fit?
- Bring 7+ years post qualification as a chartered accountant with experience in Business Finance, financial strategy, or corporate finance, with a proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Excel at creating data-driven financial models that shape strategic decisions.
- Have experience working closely with senior leadership to align financial planning with business goals.
- Have successfully led and scaled Business Finance teams in dynamic environments.
- Possess a strong grasp of financial systems and tools, with a passion for process improvement and automation.
- Thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
