Business Finance Planning & Analysis- Drive financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, and recommend actionable insights to enhance profitability and efficiency.Cost Control & Optimization- Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize the supply chain and procurement costs.- Monitor and analyse key cost drivers, and recommend strategies to improve margin and cost efficiency.Business Partnering- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, supply chain, sales, and operations, to align financial goals with business objectives.- Provide financial guidance and insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.Revenue & Margin Management- Monitor and enhance revenue performance across product lines focusing on pricing, discounts, and profitability analysis.- Lead initiatives to improve gross margins and optimize pricing models based on market trends and competitor analysis.Risk Management- Identify and assess financial risks, developing mitigation strategies in alignment with corporate policies.- Credit control within the business vertical.Project Management- Lead finance-driven projects including cost-reduction initiatives, system and process CA-Experience:· 2-3 years in business finance, preferably with exposure to the agri-input or agriculture Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills.· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Effective communication and presentation skills.
