What You'll Do

  • Build performant, accessible UIs in React / Next.js , with a modular component system
  • Optimize for speed and reliability—keep Core Web Vitals green, P90 load < 800 ms, build + deploy < 10 min
  • Own DevOps: operate a serverless/container stack on AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFront ) with Docker , CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform/CDK )
  • Surface LLM outputs and analytics in fast, clean, decision-ready interfaces
  • Add observability: tracing, metrics, and alerts for frontend and platform health
  • Mentor peers, write crisp RFCs, and keep the codebase well-structured and documented

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

  • 2–5 years shipping production React / Next.js apps in TypeScript.
  • Hands-on depth with AWS serverless or container workloads and solid IAM debugging skills.
  • Fluency in Docker and modern CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, etc.).
  • A habit of writing type-safe, test-covered code (Jest, Playwright, etc.).
  • A sharp performance mindset—bundle size and Web Vitals aren't afterthoughts.
  • Clear, concise communication; you unblock yourself and help others do the same.
