Job descriptionGood knowledge in Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Bar bending scheduleEvaluate the Sub-Contractor running bills at site.Recording Joint Measurements at Site.Preparing certification of payment, Bill Abstract and all other bill related formats for various Contractor billsPerform timely material reconciliations, monitor and control the material wastages at site.Preparation of change order/amendment order for Extra/NT itemsContinuous communication with Client and Head office for work & bill related progressMonitor and control the costing of the projectTo closely Interact with the Billing Manager and ascertain the bill are certified and processed within stipulated time framePreparation of Project Closeout reports, Costing sheets, Cash flow statementsFollowing our Professional code of conduct, maintaining unquestionable integrity.QualificationsMS ExcelAutoCADQuantity Survey / Estimation/RA Bill certification/ Preferred Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Civil) and preferred experience in Quantity Surveying & BillingExperience RequiredQS/Billing Engineer - 3+ YrsSr.QS/Sr.Billing Engineer - 6+ Yrs
