You will be pivotal in leveraging SAP BTP, APIs, and event-driven architectures to enable seamless data flow and process automation.Key Responsibilities:Develop, deploy, and maintain integration flows (iFlows) between ServiceNow and SAP systems using SAP BTP (CPI/Integration Suite).Design and configure iFlows, OData, REST, and SOAP APIs for exchanging foundation data, incidents, and other transactional data.Establish and manage secure connectivity (OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, Certificates) between ServiceNow MID Server and SAP BTP.Collaborate closely with ServiceNow developers to align data models, integration patterns, and endpoint specifications.Implement comprehensive error handling, monitoring, and audit logging mechanisms for all integration flows.Support the full lifecycle of integrations, including testing, deployment, and performance optimization.Required Skills & Qualifications:Must Have:3-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI.Strong proficiency in designing and consuming REST and OData services, with expertise in JSON/XML transformations.Practical experience integrating SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors) with ServiceNow.Solid understanding of secure API management, including OAuth 2.0, Basic Authentication, and certificate-based security.Good to Have:Familiarity with SAP backend concepts like IDoc, RFC, and BAPI.Knowledge of event-driven architecture in SAP BTP.Experience with the ServiceNow MID Server and its configuration for integrations.We Offer:A stable, long-term career opportunity with a competitive salary.A fully remote work environment.The chance to work on cutting-edge cloud integration projects with global reach.
