Fees Management Transformation Lead

Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior leader with deep expertise in Fees Management to provide strategic and operational leadership to both operations and technology teams. The role will drive process improvement, transformation initiatives, and ensure robust delivery of IT solutions supporting fees processing across Global Markets, Transaction Banking, and Global Financing activities. The incumbent will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on fees management and leverage experience with industry platforms to optimize business processes and technology integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage operations and technology teams responsible for fees management across receivables and payables.
- Drive process improvement and transformation projects, ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and business continuity.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on fees processing, including system functionalities, workflows, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to implement technology solutions that enhance fees processing and reporting.
- Evaluate and recommend industry platforms and tools to optimize fees management operations.
- Provide leadership in change management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support strategic initiatives aligned with the business goals of Global Markets, Transaction Banking, and Global Financing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience (typically 18+ years) in fees management operations, and technology based transformation leadership within investment banking, transaction banking, or global financing.
- Strong understanding of receivables and payables, and related financial processes.
- Hands-on experience with industry platforms supporting fees processing (e.G SmartStream, Broadridge, FIS etc)
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, transformation, and change management.
