Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

Primary Purpose: To manage and supervise all the finance and accounts functions across centre and corporate office.

Key Accountabilities/Activities:
Primary responsibility

1. Collection of Fee for Below Accounts

2. Entering the PDC Chq into ERP

3. Storing the PDC in Safe Place

4. For the PDC returned to parent acknowledgement to obtained from Parent

5. Preparing the list for Deposit.

6. SMS to Parent to be sent on Quarterly basis

7. Depositing the same into the bank account.

8. Reconciling the Below bank Account

2 Main Fee Collection Account

2 EDC Account

2 Tech Process - Online Account

9. Rising the Bank Enquires on Clearing and non-Clearing chq to Bank

10. Collecting the Bonuses Chq from Bank

11. To pass the Discount and Write off Entries for the Following Cases

Staff Discount Entries

VIP Discount Entries

Admission Fee Discount Entries

12. Checking the IVT, Mid Term, Promote and demote cases, RE- Admission cases

13. Charing the Late fee on Main Fee

14. Collecting the Late fee on Library fee

15. Share of Outstanding on Weekly basis

16. Share of Outstanding of Bus Fee outstanding

17. Preparing the reminder letters to parents

Work Relations:
Internal:

- Liaising with banking team for receivables and refunds
- Reporting to Manager/ Sr Manager Accounts & Audit for all functional as well as admin issues.
- Interfacing HR, IT, Finance and other departments as an when required.

External:

- Liaise with a Statutory Auditor.

Span of Control:

- Individual Contributor role

Qualification:

- University degree in Accounting, Commerce
- B.Com (Graduate is mandatory)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 0-2 Yrs, of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts

Expected Competencies:

- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations.
- Sharp analytical capabilities, around data interpretation.
- Analyzing situations and driving actions most suited to achieve high impact outcomes.
- Should be good in Microsoft Excel
- Should be well versed with Accounting ERPs such as Tally, Microsoft, SAP

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
