**Position Summary:**

This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals with a passion for finance, accounting, and management reporting. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

As an Assistant/Deputy Manager – Finance and Accounts, you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end Accounting workstreams including General ledger accounting, purchase to pay, revenue accounting, and tracking of receivables, ageing, and Fixed Assets Accounting.
  • Reviewing month-end close activities such as bank reconciliation, prepaid and provision entries, inward remittance, and exchange fluctuation.
  • Assisting the reporting Manager in preparing MIS reports for top Management on financial performance and month-end activity (including analytical reports, trend, and variance analysis).
  • Collaborating with other finance team members on activities/projects connected within the overall framework of finance team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly Profit and loss, balance sheet, and variance analysis.
  • Handling reconciliation of Inter-company transactions, Balance sheet items, and Profit & Loss items, Recognition of FX Gain/Loss and revaluation.
  • Working knowledge and hands-on experience in the monthly, quarterly, fiscal, and financial year close process.
  • Preparing and reviewing rolling weekly cash forecast by estimating cash requirement for business operation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A team player attitude.
  • Qualified CA/Half CA/MBA/Finance Professional with 8+ years of experience in GL, RTR, or Controller ship role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An energetic individual with a desire to push boundaries to achieve results.
