Deputy Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and supporting the achievement of business growth targets.
This role involves providing strategic support, analyzing client needs, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Assist the Relationship Manager in executing client strategies to maximize satisfaction and business growth.
Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to address concerns and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on client activities, feedback, and performance metrics.
Provide prompt resolutions to client queries and escalate complex issues as needed.
Support the Relationship Manager in meeting revenue targets and achieving KPIs.
Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, or sales support, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is an added advantage.
