About the Role:

Alisha Tours & Travels is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Senior Holiday Consultants to join our team in Kottayam. If you have a deep passion for travel, great communication skills, and proven expertise in handling both domestic and international holidays—including MICE travel—this is your chance to help others explore the world while building a fulfilling career.

Key Responsibilities:

Curate customized travel packages for domestic, international, and MICE clients

Understand client requirements and provide tailored travel solutions

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa agencies, and other travel partners

Ensure smooth end-to-end trip planning, documentation, and execution

Offer top-notch customer service before, during, and after trips

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in travel sales and operations

Strong knowledge of domestic, international, and MICE travel

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with booking tools, CRM software, and visa procedures

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
