About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Specialist to join our growing team and lead the development and implementation of robust DevOps & Infrastructure practices with a focus on AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments in our organization.

Note – We are (not looking for Devops Infra, Support OR Admin), but looking for Devops experience in Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and manage Docker and Kubernetes environments for scalable application deployment.
• Configure and maintain Kubernetes resources such as deployments, services, and ingresses using YAML manifests or GitOps workflows.
• Design and implement microservices-based architecture.
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipeline architecture within SDLC frameworks.
• Use Ansible for configuration management and automation tasks.
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Maintain version control practices using Git and related tools.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Build, monitor, and maintain Development, Staging, and Production environments.
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Utilize monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Participate in incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Agile teams and follow DevOps best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Primary Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficient in configuring Kubernetes resources using YAML or GitOps.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and SDLC.
• Experience with Ansible for configuration management.
• Proficient in using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Working knowledge of Git and version control systems.

Secondary Skills

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar.
• Familiar with Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools for monitoring and alerting.
• Experience managing multiple environments and maintaining deployment pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to handle incident management and perform effective root cause analysis.
