About the Role :We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team and contribute to a large-scale healthcare technology transformation program.This is a hands-on development role where you’ll design, customize, and extend D365 CRM solutions and Power Platform applications to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.Key Responsibilities :Develop and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Write clean, efficient code using C#, .NET, and JavaScript for D365 custom development.Design and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse.Work with SQL for database design and query optimization.Integrate D365 with external systems using REST APIs, SSIS, and tools like KingswaySoft.Participate in Agile development cycles, ensuring quality and timely delivery.Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup and deployment automation.Collaborate closely with functional consultants, QA teams, and clients to align solutions with business goals.What You’ll Bring :Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE and related Power Platform tools.Solid understanding of data modeling and Dataverse architecture.Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL.Knowledge of API integrations and SSIS (KingswaySoft preferred).Experience in Agile environments; familiarity with DevOps tools for deployments is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
