You’ll work across channels, integrate data and APIs, and optimize campaign performance for seamless customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Journey Development: Build and manage real-time and scheduled journeys with decision logic based on triggers, events, and data.Integrations: Connect web and mobile platforms using APIs, SDKs, and custom actions.Channel Execution: Configure and manage email, push, and SMS campaigns ensuring consistency and compliance.Testing & Optimization: Run A/B tests, monitor KPIs, and refine journey performance.Data & Personalization: Use audience segmentation, event data, and dynamic content for tailored experiences.Technical Skills:Strong hands-on experience with AJO and journey orchestrationExpertise in data modeling, segmentation, APIs, and real-time event handlingFamiliarity with content personalization, decisioning, and testing frameworksBonus: Experience with Kafka/PubSub, identity resolution, and privacy compliance
