We build innovative products that help businesses effectively manage past-due debt accounts while creating better experiences for consumers.We are looking for a Front-end focused full Stack Developer to craft beautiful, high-performance interfaces and help define the front-end architecture of our AI-driven platform. If you love building clean, responsive, and scalable UIs, and enjoy integrating APIs and backend logic, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop responsive, dynamic and scalable front-end applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and React.js.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to turn wireframes and prototypes into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.Develop reusable front-end components and maintain consistency across the application.Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end.Build and maintain front-end architecture for performance, scalability and reusability.Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and UI performance optimization.Work with PHP and MySQL (as needed) to understand, consume or debug backend logic.Manage source code with GitHub and follow best practices for version control.Participate in code reviews, architecture planning and feature design discussions.Identify and fix UI/UX issues, ensuring a smooth and engaging user experience.Requirements4-7 years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, with strong focus on UI development.Expert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and React.jsStrong understanding of front-end architecture, component-based design and API integrationExperience in responsive design, browser debugging and performance tuningFamiliarity with PHP and MySQL (basic understanding sufficient for integration/debugging)Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party servicesStrong eye for design, attention to detail and understanding of user-centered developmentComfortable collaborating in a fast-paced SaaS environmentExcellent problem-solving, communication and team collaboration skillsNice to HaveExperience with state management tools (Redux, Context API)Familiarity with version control and CI/CD workflowsKnowledge of backend frameworks (PHP/MVC) is a plusExperience working in SaaS environmentsWhy Join UsAt Total CollectR, youll build products that directly impact real businesses and customers.
