Discuss and assess requirements with business owners

Qualifying the customers based on criteria provided by company

Close qualified leads over the phone

Overcome objections with quality conversations

Provide recommendations to meet the needs of the customer

Admin and clerical task related to sales

Assisting team members in day to day activity

To be successful: - Previous and recent experience of Appointment Setting for Telesales in Solar, Telecommunication and Electricity Industry is preferable

High level of communication and interpersonal skills

A professional manner with strong relationship building skills

A strong desire to progress

Punctual and want to be part of team

Be driven by targets

Want to earn uncapped commissions

Be a team player and solo success

Self-motivated, resilient to rejection

Optimistic, positive and friendly attitude

Goal orientated both professionally and personally.

Healthy and Optimistic

Experience in Social Media Marketing will be helpful

Focused on winning

To refer /understand the draft / script provided by the company and understand the same to increase the sales

To go through the client list provided, Understand or evaluate the client requirement and offer the appointment call / sales to the client.

To understand the nature of clients and offer them the solutions accordingly.

To input the positive responded client details in the software and generate an appointment/ sale.

Basic skill set required: Command over Language- English, Marketing, Sales, Client Indulgences over telephonic conversation.
