Location-Pan India(Hybrid mode)

Requirements:

Job Description:

1. Provide support for SAP APM(Advanced Payment Management) module in S/4 HANA environment

2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to payment processing

3. Configure and maintain payment formats, payment media, and payment methods

4. Support integration between APM and bank communication.

5. Implement and maintain bank communication channels and payment processing workflows

6. Perform root cause analysis for payment processing issues

7. Create and maintain documentation for APM processes and configurations

8. Participate in on-call rotation for critical payment processing support

9. Implement system enhancements related to payment management

10. Support regulatory compliance for payment processing across multiple regions

  • 11. Knowledge of MBC (Multi Bank Connectivity) would be preferable or training to be provided after joining
