We’re Hiring: Compliance Specialist (Debt Collection) We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to help ensure our operations meet federal, state, and regulatory standards while fostering a strong culture of compliance across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesRegulatory OversightMonitor daily operations to ensure compliance with FDCPA, CFPB guidelines, TCPA, GLBA, UDAAP, and applicable state debt collection lawsSupport the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and internal controlsAudit & MonitoringConduct internal audits of account activity and communication logsPrepare for and manage external audits conducted by clients or regulatory bodiesComplaint ManagementInvestigate, document, and respond to consumer complaints from all channels (direct complaints, CFPB, BBB, etc.)Analyze complaint trends and recommend corrective and preventive actionsTraining & AwarenessDevelop and deliver compliance training for new hires and ongoing employee certificationPartner with department leaders to promote a consistent and proactive compliance cultureRisk AssessmentIdentify potential compliance risks and escalate concerns with recommended mitigation strategiesStay current on regulatory changes and communicate impacts to leadershipVendor & Data Privacy OversightEnsure third-party vendors handling consumer data comply with company security and privacy standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree3–5 years of experience in compliance or risk management within the debt collection industryStrong working knowledge of FDCPA, CFPB, TCPA, and UDAAP regulationsExcellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Interested andidates kind; Y share your resumes on shikha@digifocal.in
