Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.

- Drive technical decision-making and architectural design for complex systems.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and industry trends.

Software Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Java applications.

- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that adheres to best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Cloud and Infrastructure :

- Leverage cloud technologies (preferably AWS) to build and deploy scalable applications.

- Work with infrastructure teams to provision and manage cloud resources.

- Utilize tools like Docker and Terraform for infrastructure automation.

Integration :

- Build and maintain integrations with various systems using REST APIs, queuing/messaging services, and other protocols.

- Ensure data integrity and security during integration processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- 4+ years of experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).

- 2+ years of experience with workflow orchestration services (AWS Step Functions, AWS Lambda, etc.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred).

- Experience with ETL tools (AWS Glue, AWS Data Pipeline).

- Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, containerization).

- Experience with NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of security best practices.

- Experience with Agile methodologies
