What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Information Technology team?
Colgate-Palmolive is looking for a Customer Success Leader who will lead the enterprise stewardship community in adopting data governance and management standard processes. This is a crucial role and will be on the forefront of enabling our data citizens to use and handle our data assets.
The candidate should be comfortable in playing a lead role towards the evolution of Dat technology deployments across the global footprint.

You are a function expert:
Consult & support business and technology customers in understanding data governance and data management driving enterprise data maturity, and developing data strategies. Act as an overall SME in data management. Engage domain data leaders and practitioners in identifying data problems and use-cases that can fuel operational reporting, analytics and/or overall data-driven decisioning. Support the domain data leaders in implementing a data governance framework that aligns to enterprise strategy, policy and regulatory requirements and follows data management standard processes. Leads use case activation with prioritized domains and responsible for driving maturity and success; reports progress to customers and leadership in data forums Leads and facilitates workshops aligning to defined data journey for use case definition and prioritizing, the build of data products, handling data definitions in enterprise data catalog, measure and supervise data quality and ensure data protection. Builds the intake assessment and implements a prioritization framework to identify key use cases and domains to invest in for along with levels of service to support as many business customers as possible. Develop playbooks and SOPS for data stewards to implement data governance and data management using enterprise tools.You connect the dots:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience in information management or Library and Information Science is preferred 6-8 years of validated experience in large data transformations focusing on data governance and data privacy Extensive knowledge of data management and data governance principles, implementations and latest industry trends. Demonstrable ability to handle multiple business customers, including actively engaging and aligning with enterprise senior leadership to drive data governance initiatives and strategies in line with the overall interpersonal goals. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to empower and guide multi-functional teams effectively. Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality products. What you'll need…(Preferred):
