We are seeking a dynamic Sr Business Analyst with exposure in Presales. The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirement gathering workshops with customers and internal teamsTranslate business requirements into functional and solution specificationsPrepare BRD, FRD, PRD, training materials, user guides, user stories, and acceptance criteriaLead operational study sessions at customer locationsUnderstand As-Is processes and define To-Be workflows. Drive requirement sign-off and scope freeze.Translate operational reality into product and solution designWork closely with engineering, QA, UX, and delivery teamsSupport presales activities such as requirement understanding, solution scoping, and demosParticipate in RFP / proposal responses from a functional perspectivePrepare solution overviews, workflow diagrams, and high-level functional architectureConduct stakeholder communication and expectation managementValidate delivered features against business requirementsDrive UAT planning, execution support, and closureIdentify process gaps and recommend improvementsSupport data analysis and reporting requirementsDocument integrations, data flows, and business rulesEnsure traceability of requirements through delivery lifecycleAssist in product roadmap and scope planningRequired SkillsCore Business Analysis SkillsStrong experience in requirement gathering and documentationProficiency in BRD, FRD, PRD and user story writingGood at defining project scope and managing changesExperience with process mapping and workflow designExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsHands-on experience in UAT planning and executionAbility to work with technical teams on solution designAble to conduct operational study and understand business workflowExperience in training customers and supporting user adoptionGood documentation and presentation skillsPresales Exposure Understanding of presales lifecycle and proposal processesAbility to assist in solution design and effort estimationSupport customer walkthroughs and demosContribute to RFP / RFQ responsesAbility to articulate business value to customersGood to HaveKnowledge of SaaS or enterprise software solutionsBasic understanding of integrations and APIsExperience in aviation, operations, or enterprise domainsFamiliarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma or similarSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsClear communication and documentation abilityLeadership and mentoring mindsetCustomer-focused approachAbility to work under pressure and manage prioritiesQualification & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.Experience: 6+ years in Business Analysis role with some exposure to presales.
