About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical individual with a strong business mindset to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with key stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze processes and deliver data-driven solutions. Your insights will directly contribute to strategic decision-making and overall business performance.

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA (Based on interview performance; best in industry)

Responsibilities:

  • Support leadership with data-driven insights that directly impact Nova's core business operations.
  • Build and refine dashboards to track business metrics & OKRs across teams and identify key levers to drive improvements.
  • Identify high-impact levers to solve critical operational challenges and develop analytics-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with founders, product, and customer success teams on cross-functional projects to improve overall business performance.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in a data-driven organization; experience working with decision-makers in similar industries is a plus.
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel and SQL (PostgreSQL); coding knowledge (Python) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using first-principles thinking and the ability to leverage data effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with high ownership and agility.
  • Excellent communication skills to simplify complex information and present it clearly to cross-functional teams
