• About the Role We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer who seamlessly bridges the gap between compelling visual design and strategic marketing objectives. This role is perfect for a creative professional who understands that great design isn't just beautiful—it drives business results and builds powerful brand connections across our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects for multiple clients from concept development through final execution, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand strategy
• Collaborate closely with account management and strategy teams to translate client briefs and campaign objectives into visually compelling design solutions
• Develop comprehensive brand identity systems for new clients while evolving existing brand guidelines for established accounts
• Create integrated design packages including logos, marketing collateral, digital assets, social media content, packaging, and advertising materials
• Work across diverse industries and client sizes, adapting design approach to match unique brand personalities and market positioning
• Present design concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating how creative decisions support marketing and business objectives
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction on agency projects
• Stay current with design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to keep client brands fresh and competitive

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing multiple complete branding projects across different industries and client types
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools
• Experience working with marketing teams on integrated campaign development and execution
• Understanding of marketing principles, consumer psychology, and how design influences brand perception and purchasing decisions
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present creative concepts to both internal teams and external clients
• Strong project management abilities with experience handling multiple concurrent client projects and tight deadlines
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining high creative standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous agency experience with exposure to diverse client portfolios
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software for social media content
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and platform-specific design requirements
• Background in package design or retail brand environments
• Understanding of print production processes and vendor management
• Experience with brand guidelines development and implementation across touchpoints
