Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in C#, MS-SQL, and RESTful API development to design, build, and maintain robust backend systems that power our applications. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work on complex backend services and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Backend Service Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C# and MS-SQL to support the business logic and functionality of our applications.
  • API Design & Management: Create and manage efficient RESTful APIs to ensure seamless integration between backend services and frontend applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Optimization & Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and optimize backend applications for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability to ensure smooth functionality under varying loads.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Document code, processes, and workflows while adhering to coding best practices and standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in backend development, with strong expertise in C# and MS-SQL.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for both web and mobile applications.
  • Strong knowledge of database design, querying, and optimization with MS-SQL.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to enhance system performance and scalability.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS), especially Optimizely.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts and integrating with frontend frameworks.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional, collaborative teams.
