You will create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans, test cases and Execute test cases. Your expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and processes will contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development life cycle. Also, we are looking for a skilled Low-Code / No-Code Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using modern Low code No code platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Low code No code automation tools, strong QA fundamentals, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to enhance quality, accelerate delivery, and improve customer experience.What You Will DoRequirement Analysis & Test PlanningReview requirements, specifications, and technical design documents; provide clear and timely feedback.Create detailed test plans, comprehensive test cases, and test data for multiple environments.Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate all testing activities within the project.Develop, refine, and apply testing processes to meet client expectations.Automation (Low code No code + CI/CD)Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scenarios using Low code No code tools (e.g., TestSigma, EndTest, Ghost Inspector).Automate regression, sanity, and smoke tests for web, mobile, and API applications.Integrate Low code No code automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).Monitor and report automated test execution results.Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance automation infrastructure.Functional, Integration & eCommerce TestingValidate core eCommerce flows: login, search, PDP, cart, checkout, orders, refunds/returns/cancellations.Verify promotions: coupons, discounts, loyalty points.Validate pricing, inventory, and product catalog behavior.Validate payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, and other supported gateways.Test payment flows: success, failure, timeout, retry, and partial payment scenarios.Validate APIs for catalog, cart, checkout, orders, and payments.Verify OMS, CMS, ERP, CRM, and 3rd-party integrations, webhooks, and batch jobs.Quality Assurance & Defect ManagementIdentify, document, and track defects using standard defect-tracking tools.Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes and enhancements.Track and report quality metrics such as defect density, open defects, and test execution status.Non-Functional TestingExecute cross-browser, accessibility, and responsive testing for web applications.Perform basic performance testing using tools like JMeter or BlazeMeter.Team Collaboration & Stakeholder CommunicationCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, BAs, designers, and other internal teams.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and follow Agile/Scrum processes.Maintain strong client communication and effectively handle queries and clarifications.Stay updated on emerging testing tools, frameworks, and QA best practices.Who You AreCore SkillsStrong expertise in Manual Testing for web applications.Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies.Extensive experience in Functional, Smoke, Integration, and System Testing.Proficient in writing, executing, and reviewing detailed test cases.Strong understanding of black-box and white-box testing techniques.Experience with Accessibility, Usability, Browser Compatibility, and Ad-hoc Testing.Domain ExpertiseExcellent knowledge of the eCommerce domain.Ability to validate product catalog, inventory, pricing, promotions, coupons, and payment workflows.Experience automating critical eCommerce flows (Search, PDP, Cart, Checkout) using Low code No code tools.Good to have experience with CMS platforms — ideally Sitecore XP/XMC.Good to have exposure to OrderCloud or similar headless commerce platforms.What’s in it for you?Be part of Testing team that works on cutting-edge projects for global clients.
