We are seeking a skilled credit professional to join our team and support the US lending department.Credit Analysis Expertise:Draft clear, accurate, and comprehensive credit memos for transactions.Prepare, review, and analyze loan term sheets.Conduct financial and credit analysis to support underwriting decisions.Risk Management:Assist in identifying and assessing risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.Collaboration:Work closely with the US lending team to ensure timely and efficient deal execution.Requirements:3–7 years of experience in credit analysis or underwriting with financial institutions, lenders, or investment managers.Prior experience in investor relations is preferred.Credit Fundamentals:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.Communication Skills:Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.Industry Knowledge:Exposure to real estate debt is highly desirable.Teamwork:Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.This is a fully remote position based in India, requiring alignment with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
