Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property deals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and marketing activitiesIdentify client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial propertiesConduct property site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plansNegotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual targetsMaintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referralsCoordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) for documentation and deal closureKeep updated records of client interactions and sales activitiesStay informed about market trends, competitors, and property lawsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)Proven experience in real estate sales Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsStrong customer-focused and target-driven mindsetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with CRM software and MS OfficeWillingness to travel for site visitsPreferred SkillsKnowledge of real estate marketExperience in residential/commercial property salesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary + attractive Incentive structurePerformance-based incentivesTraining and career growth opportunities
