This includes large-scale student outreach, on-ground marketing, and ATL campaigns to enhance visibility, brand recall, and business growth for Physics Wallah.Key Responsibilities• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing/field executives to ensure high performance and productivity.• Plan, execute, and monitor BTL activities such as canopy setups, leafleting, school outreach, and hyperlocal promotions.• Identify strategic locations with high student density for maximum impact.• Coordinate with vendors, event partners, and internal teams for smooth implementation.• Manage and guide on-ground teams to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.Conduct audits, document activities, and maintain daily/weekly reports.• Drive lead generation through targeted micro-marketing activities.• Collaborate with creative and media agencies for campaign execution.• Ensure brand consistency across all ATL communication.• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements. Leadership & Coordination• Work with Sales, Academics, Operations, and Creative teams to align marketing priorities.• Lead and mentor field marketing executives.• Manage budgets and monitor cost vs. return on campaigns.• Prepare and present detailed reports to management.
