Summary:

- The System Administrator role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 Cloud Administration.- This individual is responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise-level Microsoft 365 services including Entra, One Drive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, Data Loss Prevention, and Windows 365.- Key responsibilities include managing user accounts, permissions, licenses, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data security and compliance.

Primary Responsibilities

- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Entra, One Drive, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online (Hybrid), Teams, Data Loss Prevention, and Windows 365.- Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses.- Implement and maintain security and compliance policies.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services.- Plan and execute migrations, updates, and integrations with other systems.- Provide end-user support and training for Microsoft 365 applications.- Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement best practices.- Develop and maintain documentation for Microsoft 365 configurations and procedures.- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates.- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and tested.- Manage and configure Microsoft 365 groups and distribution lists.- Monitor and manage Microsoft 365 service health and incident management.- Implement and manage multi-factor authentication and other security measures.- Coordinate with Microsoft support for issue resolution and service requests.

Position Requirements:

- Typically requires 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or a related field.- Experience with enterprise-level Microsoft 365 services.- Active Directory management including Group Policies.- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.- Implement Multi Factor Authentication policies with related Conditional Access policies.- Setup Single Sign On to various Software as a Service applications.- Basic network troubleshooting skills.- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to operate well under pressure.- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.- Sound decision making ability.
