ABOUT THE ROLE

We're not looking for someone to "Do Social Media." We're looking for someone to help build a brand people actually care about.

If you love creating campaigns that are smart, sharp, and actually move people — this is your role.

You'll own all you can's voice, story, and visibility, working closely with our strategy lead and business head to ensure everything aligns with our larger plan.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define and execute marketing strategy for all you can across all IPs, Events, and Services, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Plan and lead our Social Media, PR, and Influencer Approach.
  • Develop campaigns that stand out and drive ticket sales, sponsorship interest, and brand buzz.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure everything looks and feels right.
  • Analyse results, learn fast, and adapt strategy quickly.
  • Own the marketing budget and calendar while making data-driven decisions.
  • Contribute to brand-building efforts beyond campaigns, including experiential, content, and collaborations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Minimum 4+ Years in Marketing, Brand Strategy, Or Communications.
  • Experience managing campaigns for Events, Cultural Properties, Or Lifestyle Brands.
  • Understands brand-building beyond just posting regularly.
  • Strategic thinker who knows how to get things done and deliver real results.
  • Confident working with senior leadership and partners to align strategy.
  • Great communicator with an eye for what's cool and what resonates with audiences.
