Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic PR professional with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing BFSI and corporate sector accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective communication strategies, building strong media relations, and enhancing the brand image of clients through innovative PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing Strategy

Serve as the primary point of contact for BFSI and corporate sector clients.

Develop customized communication strategies and PR plans in line with client goals.

Provide strategic counsel on brand reputation, crisis management, and media strategy.

Media Relations

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial, business, and mainstream media.

Draft and disseminate press releases, media kits, pitch notes, and articles.

Organize and manage media interactions, interviews, press conferences, and briefings.

Content Development

Write high-quality content including press releases, thought leadership articles, op-eds, and speeches.

Tailor communication to suit the target audience and sector-specific tone.

Campaign Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of PR campaigns including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance and media coverage; prepare post-activity reports.

Crisis Communication

Support clients during issues or crises by managing messaging, media queries, and stakeholder communication.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with internal creative, digital, and social media teams for integrated campaigns.

Mentor junior team members and support in cross-functional training.

Qualifications Skills
Bachelors or Masters degree in mass communication, PR , journalism, or related field.

3 to 5 years of experience in a PR agency managing BFSI and/or corporate sector clients.

Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, terminology, and regulatory environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong media network in business and finance media.

Ability to manage multiple clients and tight deadlines.

Proficient in preparing PR strategies, media lists, coverage trackers, and reports.

Crisis communication experience will be a plus.
