Location: Hyderabad (Corporate Office)Reports to: Founding Chairman; MDWe are looking for a strategic, analytical and execution-focused professional to work closelywith our Founding Chairman & CEO in driving critical business projects and organization-wide initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solvingcomplex problems and can seamlessly shift between strategy and operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to the Chairman & CEO, supporting key business prioritiesand decision-making.Lead cross-functional strategic projects - including digital initiatives, new businessprograms, and operational improvement efforts.Drive execution discipline across initiatives: define milestones, track KPIs, and ensurefollow-through.Facilitate leadership reviews and offsites, ensuring clarity, alignment, andmeasurable outcomes.Support high-impact strategic initiatives focused on growth, cost optimization, andefficiency improvement.Prepare executive briefs, business cases, and stakeholder communication for boardand investor interactions.Manage the organisation wide OKRs and ensure the strategic alignment areprioritised and focussedIdeal Profile1–3 years of experience in management consulting (MBB, Kearney, or similar) or astrategy role in a high-growth environment.Strong academic credentials - IIT/IIM background preferred.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-evolving business landscape.If you’re looking to work directly with top leadership, influence strategic outcomes, and lead meaningful, high-impact projects, this is your opportunity.
