Business Analytics Strategist

Drive business success through strategic analytics and reporting. This role oversees the development of analytics products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet P&O needs. The candidate must ensure that products and services are aligned with overall goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Analytics Strategy: Define a clear vision for analytics and reporting products and services. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytics needs. Roadmap Planning: Develop a roadmap outlining strategic direction and priorities for analytics products and services. Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog to reflect highest value items. Dashboard Development: Define dashboard strategy across systems, ensuring common definitions and consistent design. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with client partners, People Insights, data science, AI, and other teams in PTDI/P&O. Product Development: Oversee development of new products and solutions, ensuring they meet defined requirements. User Adoption: Drive user adoption of analytics products through training sessions and support. Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure impact of reports/dashboards on teams. Leadership and Growth: Engage, develop, and grow talent with right skills for right roles. Minimum Requirements: 10+ years in Analytics in P&O/Pharma Commercial/Consulting/relevant areas. 3+ years' experience in people management. Ability and expertise in engaging senior leaders and influencing strategic decision-making.
