Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations from guest arrival to departure.
- Maintain high standards of service, communication, and grooming.
- Manage guest relations, safety, and property welfare.
- Monitor financial transactions, reports, and revenue optimization.
- Lead, motivate, and train front office staff.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Sales.
- Ensure compliance with policies, health & safety standards, and company values.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hotel front office management experience.
- Proficiency in hotel software (e.g., Opera), MS Office, and reporting.
