The Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of event planning, including creating event timelines, managing budgets, ensuring client satisfaction, and liaising with vendors and stakeholders. The role involves overseeing event logistics, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the smooth execution of events while striving to exceed client expectations.QualificationsStrong skills in Event Planning and Event ManagementBudgeting experience with a focus on cost-effective event executionExcellent Communication and Sales skills to build and maintain client relationshipsHigh attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple events simultaneously and work under pressureProficiency in event management software and tools is a plusRelevant experience in event planning required; a degree in Event Management or related field preferred
