Office location: Mumbai, Juhu. Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales Support Manager. The ideal candidate has at least 1 to 2 years experience in similar position. PREREQUISITS: ·       Academics: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. ·       Work Experience: at least 1 to 2 years ·       Strong Computer Skills: MS Office, especially Excel, experience with ERP system(s) ·       Common sense and good commercial understanding PERSONAL EXPEXTATIONS:   ·       Residents of western suburbs preferred. Candidate must be residing in Mumbai. ·       Candidates from outside Mumbai will not be considered. ·       Excellent communication skills in English ·       Meticulous, methodical, precise and efficient working style ·       Problem-solving skills: strong analytical and decision-making abilities, identifying and resolving complex supply chain issues. JOB DESCRIPTION:   ·      Master data maintenance in ERP, price calculations, data base updates, data analysis ·      Preparing quotations ·      Order processing ·      Coordination with warehouse team ·      Stock level maintenance, overseeing inventory management ·      Managing dispatches with respective logistics and documentation ·      Customer support in terms of commercial documents WE OFFER :  ·    14 days holidays and 7 days sick leave. ·    Efficient and friendly office environment. ·    CTC 4.5 to 6.5 Lakh depending on experience and qualification
