Head - Business Development - Real Estate

- We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Business Development with a strong background in Real Estate Business Development and Liaison. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in land acquisition, legal and statutory approvals, and strategic business expansion.
-Assist the Vice President - Business Development and CMD in land acquisition, legal due diligence, and liaison activities.
- Analyze and assess real estate transactions in Bangalore and other potential markets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities that align with the company's objectives.
- Conduct initial due diligence of land parcels, evaluating location advantages, buildability norms, and development potential.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and obtain necessary approvals within the shortest timeframe and budget.
- Liaison and coordinate with external consultants and internal teams (legal, commercial, technical, construction, sales) for project approvals and documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis, tracking completion rates and analyzing demand-supply trends to assess pricing impact.
- Compute FSI based on prevailing regulations and ensure all necessary approvals are proactively managed.
- Develop financial models for feasibility studies and planning of new projects.
