Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Market Research Analyst to lead & manage our market research initiatives from start to finish. This is a unique opportunity responsible for designing, developing, and executing research projects that provide valuable insights for our clients. This is a full-time on-site role for a Market Research Specialist located at our Indore office in India. The Market Research Specialist will be responsible for conducting market analysis, market research, quantitative research, and utilizing analytical skills to provide insights. Communication skills will be vital in presenting findings and collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research Design: Plan and develop market research projects, defining objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, and determining timelines to align with business needs.
  • Survey Development: Design and develop surveys and questionnaires, selecting effective question types and formats for optimal data collection and quality.
  • Data Collection & Management: Implement data collection strategies through various methods (online surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.) to gather quantitative and qualitative data from target audiences.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze collected data using statistical tools and methodologies, identifying trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Develop clear, comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to support ongoing research efforts and identify new areas of investigation.
  • Tool & Process Optimization: Evaluate and implement new tools and techniques to streamline data collection, improve data accuracy, and enhance analytical capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in market research, survey design, data collection, and analysis. Experience in managing end-to-end research projects is highly valued
  • Proficiency in survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey), data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python), and data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
