Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Executive / Manager - Training & Placements located in New Delhi. The Sr. Executive / Manager will be responsible for developing and managing training programs for students, facilitating placements with top-tier companies, maintaining relationships with industry professionals, and organizing recruitment events. The role also involves preparing and updating placement brochures, conducting mock interviews, and providing career counseling to students.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build Industry Connections: Establish and maintain relationships with potential employers, industry partners, and alumni to generate opportunities for the students.
  • Student Career Development: Provide guidance and support to students in resume building, interview preparation, and industry expectations.
  • Track Placement Records: Maintain accurate records of student placements, including job titles, salaries, and employer information.
  • Monitor Placement Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market demands to design placement strategies.
  • Invite people from the industry for guest sessions to make students aware of the industry trends and expectations.


Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in economics / finance.

2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or career services.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
