We're Hiring – Service Managers at UTS

Unique Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. (UTSPL) – an Authorized Service Dealer for Kirloskar Oil Engines in Gujarat – is looking for Service Managers to strengthen our team at Gandhidham & Ankleshwar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the service team for DG sets and industrial equipment
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints & service requests
  • Plan and monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance activities
  • Coordinate with customers, fleet owners, and OEM for service requirements
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and quality standards

Eligibility:

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
  • Experience: Any (Freshers with strong technical skills can apply; prior experience in Engine Service / Industrial Machine Servicing preferred)
  • Languages: English, Hindi & Gujarati
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
